Technology excites us, but it is our clients’ passion that drives us. Over our 17 years, their perseverance and problem-solving ingenuity have repeatedly motivated us and elevated our efforts as technology PR practitioners.

Change excites us as well, especially when we can use social media, outreach and public relations to turn it into an advantage for our clients. The rapid rise of openly-distributed communications channels puts more responsibility on our eyes, ears, brains and shoulders than ever before. And while we embrace new technology, we’re careful not to be spellbound by it. We see tremendous opportunity in the evolution of both mainstream media and social media, but maintain that both are critical to our clients’ success.

Whether dealing with the media or our clients, we believe that e-communications are not a replacement for a face-to-face meeting or phone call.  By definition, Public Relations implies relationships, which we feel are strengthened by personal contact and then supported by electronic messages.

And while we really pride ourselves on getting to know our clients’ business, our clients appreciate that we really know ours even better.
